Santos
The coffee has a special individual flavour and is grown in the San Paolo region of Brazil. The name Santos comes from the main port from which it is shipped. Brazil produces about 35% of the world's coffee. The flavour is described as smooth, moderate acidity and medium in body. Its flavour is dominated by an earthiness which is characteristic of dry processed coffees.

Sumatra Swiss Water Decaf (Fairtrade)
This is a premium Arabica coffee. By using water to remove the caffeine it is guaranteed 100% chemical free, but most importantly the flavour is maintained. Certainly the best of all decaffeinated coffees. This coffee is also registered with the Fairtrade foundation. Please visit www.swisswater.com for more information.

Ugandan Robusta
We usually use Uganda Robustas as they have a cleaner & less earthy flavour. Robusta on its own is quite a harsh tasting coffee, but correctly blended can give some blends, particularly espressos, the heavier body needed to develop a stronger brew. Indian Robusta has the mildest taste & is very smooth when prepared by the “washed “method, usually robustas are dry processed.
