Monsoon Malabar
Monsooned coffee is directly exposed to the monsoon winds in open warehouses. This increases the body & reduces the acidity. Picked in the Malabar region of India, this coffee is excellent as an espresso coffee when dark roasted, offering sweetness to the Brew. It also blends very well with other coffees to enhance the flavours.

Mysore (Indian Plantation A)
It was in 1600 that the Muslim pilgrim, Baba Budan, brought seeds back to India and planted them in the mountains of Mysore. These coffees are noted for their smooth, mild brew and a delicate flavour but having good body. The characteristics of Mysore allow it to blend well with Mocha coffee.
