Hawaii Kona Kai
A very superior quality coffee with a mild, smooth taste. A deliciously rich coffee, full bodied and fine aroma, only moderate acidity. Known for its sweet chocolaty after taste. It is grown on the volcanoes of Hawaii. Imagine the sunshine and the sand with soft Pacific breezes, what a romantic way to end that special meal 'a deux'.

Far East:
Australian Skybury Estate
If you are feeling down, why not put a bit of Kangaroo in your life! This is a smooth, full bodied, mild coffee, which will suit all tastes. Grown in Queensland, not far from the Great Barrier Reef, the estate was started in 1978 set in the middle of tropical forests. Their biggest problem is kangaroos eating the young trees!

Old Brown Java
Sometimes called Old Government Java this coffee is matured for two years to loose some of its acidity and enhance its heavy body and sweetness. The bean colour changes from light green to brown, hence its name. Originally this coffee was used as ballast in the old sailing ships and ageing occurred in the holds as they travelled to Europe. Its smoothness makes Old Brown Java excellent for use as an Espresso coffee.
