Blend
To the poignant and distinctive taste of Kenya AA we have
added a selection of other coffees to create a well balanced
blend. Try this mild coffee and see if you can identify the
fullness of Colombian, the slightly earthy taste of Brazilian
or even the characteristic taste of Kivu. The lighter roast
enables the drinker to experience these subtleties as they
are not tainted with any bitterness from the roasting.
Kenya
Reserve Blend
Using the base of a Central American blend roasted to an “after
dinner” roast, to bring out its nutty full flavour,
is mixed a portion of Kenya Peaberry coffee to give it extra
acidity, and to enhance its character. This is an excellent
coffee for those who like a strong, but not too high a roast,
regular coffee.
Light
Italian Blend
For those who like a slightly lighter roast with good body
& fine acidity. Produces a lovely smooth espresso with
fruity undertones. Based on Santos & Papua New Guinea,
with a small addition of Robusta to give depth to the taste.
